GREEK POKER MASTERS (JULY 10-14)
The 14th Greek Poker Masters took place in the heart of summer from July 10 to 14 at the Club Hotel Casino Loutraki.
The 5-star resort hosted players from every city in Greece who participated in a unique poker tournament and enjoyed services and hospitality befitting the renowned name of Club Hotel Casino Loutraki.
The tournament followed the same structure as previous Greek Poker Masters events and consisted of three qualifiers, from which players could secure their entry to the main event with a reduced buy-in.
The second phase of the tournament, which was the main part, was the main event with two Day 1 rounds leading to Day 2. Day 2 significantly determined the players’ progress because those who made it to the end essentially secured their participation in the final phase of the tournament on the Final Day and in the payout positions.
Finally, the third and last phase was the side event of the tournament, which took place on the last day of the event.
The main event attracted 156 participants, and the final prize pool reached €76,440.
The winner of the GREEK POKER MASTERS not only claimed the prize but also won €21,173, adding his name to the list of winners for the second time, as he had previously won the GREEK POKER MASTERS in January, six months earlier.
The GREEK POKER MASTERS tournaments, which are the pinnacle of the Arena Poker Room and Club Hotel Casino Loutraki tournaments, continue, with the next events already scheduled. The upcoming tournament will take place in the first days of September, specifically from the 4th to the 8th.
