We welcome summer with the ultimate outdoor fitness & wellness event. In the lush green gardens of Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, by the pools, with a view to the Corinthian gulf and the cooling sea breeze, we will have an extremely fun and relaxing experience because workout and summer can be combined!
Under the guidance of experienced trainers, the Personal Trainer & TRX Instructor of Oasis Aqua Spa, Yiota Malakou & Seraphim Golematis, our experience starts with a specialized Pilates program, offering strength and wellness. Then we will dive in the infinity pool of the hotel for the ultimate Aqua fitness experience freeing both mind and spirit with the power of water.
After our training we will relax in the sunbeds enjoying cool smoothies while we discuss with the specialized dietician Evaggelia Malakou, who will answer your queries and will give us the ultimate tips – secrets which will change our daily eating habits!
