The unobstructed view of the Exotic suite to the sea, and the privacy of the 150 sq.m. villa will enchant you.  The fully furnished veranda has a private outdoor pool with direct access to the beach.The comfortable living room and the 8-person dining table give you the chance to enjoy your privacy.  State-of-the-art technology in audio-visual equipment (Home Theater with 40” LCD TV/DVD) comes as a pleasant surprise as it fills the room with relaxing sounds.It also features a unique and carefully designed corner – workspace to meet the needs of modern-day businessmen, with a large functional desk and  Sony Vaio laptop.The ground floor layout is complemented by a spacious WC with a washbasin, large mirrors and place for personal items.

Top floor

The top floor of the Exotic suite has two separate luxurious bedrooms with connecting bathrooms ensuring privacy amongst the villa residents.

The spacious luxurious mosaic bathrooms, the big mirrors and the layout of the space offer comfort which will surprise you pleasantly and will cater to your needs as the fist has a shower cabin with separate WC and the second has a Jacuzzi bathtub, TV incorporated in the mirror for non-stop briefing, and separate WC.

The bedrooms have 32” satellite LCD TVs, desk, safe, mini bar, direct phone line with answering machine and free Wi-Fi.  All bedroom balconies have splendid views to the Corinthian gulf.  Plush bathrobes, slippers and hypoallergenic bedding and pillows (on request) are available to provide extra comfort and luxury to your stay and create an unforgettable hospitality experience.
